Bicycle Tours in Mexico
Our bicycle tours are designed to provide a safe, active, and enriching experience, allowing participants to discover the city from a close, dynamic, and authentic perspective. Through carefully selected routes, our guests can explore cultural, historical, and urban landmarks while enjoying outdoor physical activity.
By booking any of our tours, the participant fully agrees to the following policies, terms, and conditions.
1. General Service Information
Tours are conducted on dates, schedules, routes, and meeting points previously established by the company. Each tour includes predetermined destinations and an estimated duration that will be communicated prior to booking.
For operational, safety, logistical, weather-related, urban mobility, or force majeure reasons, the company may modify itineraries, schedules, routes, or departure points whenever necessary.
2. Participant Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that urban and recreational cycling involves inherent risks, including falls, accidents, varying pavement conditions, vehicle traffic, weather factors, and circumstances related to public roads.
By participating, each individual declares that they do so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
The company, its guides, collaborators, representatives, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, physical harm, material damage, loss, theft, traffic incident, or any event that may occur before, during, or after the tour.

At all times, the riding, control, maneuvering, and operation of the bicycle shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

Each participant is responsible for:

Riding carefully and complying with applicable traffic regulations.

Evaluating their own physical condition, health, and ability to complete the tour.

Following the guide’s instructions throughout the activity.

Maintaining safe and responsible behavior toward the group, pedestrians, and third parties.

The company reserves the right to deny or terminate the participation of any individual whose behavior represents a risk to themselves, the group, or third parties, without entitlement to any refund.
3. Schedules and Punctuality
Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting time.
The company is not obligated to wait for late participants. In cases of delay, absence, or missed tours caused by the participant, no refund, replacement, or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Reservations, Cancellations, and Refunds
Reservations are considered confirmed once payment has been completed.
Cancellations must be notified at least 3 calendar days before the tour date.
Cancellations made at least 3 calendar days in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or refund, subject to the company’s operational evaluation.
Cancellations made less than 3 calendar days before the tour are non-refundable.
Failure to attend will be considered a late cancellation and will not qualify for any refund.
In cases of extreme weather conditions, force majeure, safety contingencies, or justified operational reasons, the company may reschedule the tour without additional liability.
5. Equipment Use and Personal Belongings
Each participant is responsible for the care of their personal belongings, documents, phones, cameras, backpacks, accessories, and other items.
The company shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, damage, misplacement, or deterioration of personal belongings during the service.
If bicycles, helmets, or other equipment are provided, participants must use them properly and return them in reasonable condition.
6. Participation Conditions
The company reserves the right of admission and continued participation.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or in conditions that compromise their safety or that of the group will not be allowed to participate.
Minors may only participate with authorization and supervision from a responsible adult, unless otherwise previously authorized by the company.
7. Use of Image and Media
During the tours, photographs and audiovisual material may be captured for promotional, informational, commercial, or advertising purposes in physical and digital media.
By participating, the user authorizes the non-exclusive use of their image unless they expressly state otherwise before the beginning of the tour.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during contact, reservation, or booking processes may include name, email address, phone number, and any data necessary for the proper provision of the service.
Such information will be used exclusively for:

Sending information related to services, promotions, or updates.
The company will implement reasonable measures to protect personal data and will not sell such information to third parties except when legally required.
Users may request access, updates, or deletion of their data through the company’s official contact channels.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Booking, payment, or participation in any of our tours implies the express, full, and informed acceptance of these policies, terms, and conditions.
